Membership Renewal 


For 2021/2022 year:

The NPC year runs from the beginning of September to the last day in August with meetings held in the months of September through to June. 

Any members-only activities, emails, membership in the Facebook Group, outings etc. will continue for any year of paid membership until the end of August. 

Membership renewal payment dates are as follows:

  • Those members who wish to pay on-line through the club’s website have until July 31 to do so using the link below.
  • Those members who wish to pay their renewal fees by cash or cheque must pay at the current year’s May or June meeting for the next year’s membership. (Note: No cash or cheques will be accepted at the September meeting except for new members or visitors.)

This timing is designed to give ample time for the Membership Director to confirm payment, print name tags and verify personal details via email prior to the September meeting for the new club year.

With this in place, all you will be asked to do at the September meeting is to pick up your new name tag and sign your insurance waiver (if we do not already have one on file).
